Update section

BTW, he also got a youtube and a photobucket account and posted photos there, showing printed work from me and him doing thumbsup.
And another btw: this is one of his accounts, from where he sent me an insulting note:
I wanted to do a little update. At the moment I am more than swamped with work from various concerns, it's a wonder I finished the littel comic I just uploaded.
And still I am not finished with this Art Thief... who writes me a note calling me a "malicious motherfucker". It makes me so angry. plus he said he'd explain a lot to me. What does he want to explain? I doubt there is one single good reason for what he has done.
And it's funny that he even created a Devart Account to write me that.... though he already has got another one.
Good Night, people and thanks again for all your support and interest, though I'm afraud I can't answer everybody now anymore, just too busy. Mr. Art Thief has created a new myspace account, seems like he has learned nothing ---
Let's block his old one [link] and his new one [link] too.
And a big Thank you for this enormous positive response to my journal and the flood of help and support I'm getting here and behind the scenes!

This journal is about the very, very interesting thing I promised.
Though it's absolutely nothing amusing, but something very shameless, respectless and brainless. And I think it concerns everybody who creates Art.
It's about a very mean Art Theft that has happened to me and others (I will need your help with that later in this journal).
I want to tell you the whole story as an example we should hold in mind and tell others.
About the ruthless, illegal behaviour of one single person, stealing my Art and claiming it as his own creations!
And I must say that in my opinion, dragging this Thief to light and publicity is ok and I won't listen to the people who told me not to make a fuss about this affair!
It all started, when I got a hint by a Deviantart User (who I decided should stay anonymous), telling me that this person
[link]
is stealing my art and claiming it as his own.
As you will follow the link, you will notice that this Seth keeps his Myspace profile private.
So I first had no proof that he really was doing what he was accused of.
Trying to get some screenshots and therefore proof, I asked the person, who gave me the hint, to get some screenshots for me.
But I was very upset and impatient and wanted to know If this all was true
Under an Alias I was able to win his confidence and became part of his friendslist.
Now I could see with my own eyes, that he stole 34 pieces of my work and also works from other people.
Quickly I made screenshots from every single picture in his gallery to have a proof against him. (Later I also received some from my informant, thank you so much for that!)
Here are some examples of how he has raped my hard work and turned it into something ridiculous.
Please read the things he has written under the pictures and what his friends answer, its stupid and somehow amusing, when you know the truth. (The big fat red writings are added by me. And I have deleted the names of his friends, because I have nothing against them).
[link][link][link][link][link][link][link][link][link][link][link][link][link][link][link]He also stole a picture from

It's a work you may recognize, because it is part of my Fanart Contest.
[link]And these were the other pictures in his gallery. I am very sure he has also stolen these from other DevArt Users and it would be great If we could find the real creators of them! If you know any of this Art, who created it, please let the person know!

So beware of Seth Sturgill, he's an Art Thief and Liar.
I admit that I got more than angry looking through his gallery of stolen art.
It is very hard to see your own hard work being raped and made fun off.
When I read sentences that he has needed 5 hours, for example, to finish the picture where John gives Mary his eye as a Christmas present, it makes me feel very sad, because I know it only took him a few minutes to copy paste it and change my signature into his. And the real work and often the long and hard work, I put into my drawings is totally ignored.
I also got angry about other facts he has done to my work.
Like he gave my characters wrong or misspelled names, that he pretends to know with which tools I have created my work and that he dedicates a lot of "his work" to his friends and girlfriend.
I can only pity these poor fools, who believe he created those pictures by himself! I'm sorry, but I'm sure he never ever has put up a pencil in his life to create art!
And If his friends know about the whole thing, that their friend is nothing more like a little, mean thief and a big liar, I pity them even more for supporting his behaviour.
I also got screenshots from his entire friendslist and wanted to write a note to every of his friends, telling them the truth, but I am too tired about the whole thing since then and can use my time better.
But :Would they even believe me?
At least his girlfriend will receive a note.
At the moment I only think, that I am much better than this person. That I have a talent which will lead me somewhere. That I have a brain and creativity and that my art seems to be so good by now that people start stealing it. It's a compliment, though a very nasty one.
More than ever have I the ambition to finish my "Little Scared Man" story and find myself a publisher.
But as a consequence I have put very nasty watermarks over my pictures in my entire gallery. Plus, I have started deleting pictures (about 25 so far) and some will follow in the future. I know I should have done this a long time ago, protecting my art better, but unfortunately I have this stupid believe in the good of people and a dislike for watermarks. You can blame me for that.
All in all, my anonymous informant has reported my stolen pictures as "unauthorized use" to myspace and I myself have reported Seth Sturgill himself to myspace for copyright violation, though I just received a note that he seems to have deleted all of my pictures. Thats good in some way.
But I must laugh at this point. I still got all the screenshots and I like the irony, that he is the real Little Scared Man in this whole story!

And we should all thank my informant, who told me that it feels good to know somebody now believes that my informant is telling the truth.

Now, feel free to spread the word and brand mark another art thief for whom I have lost any respect. Also is every comment and discussion to this affair very welcome.
And a little tip: If you want to use my art... ASK ME FOR PERMISSION!
Could avoid much trouble.
Unfortunately the whole thing has ruined my entire weekend (16 hours in front of the PC because of that), so there will be no weekly Comic this week (Let's say all: Thank you Seth!), but the good news are, that I will extend the deadline for my contest for the time being until the 4th of June, because I want this journal to be at least one week on my Front Page.
And I am sorry If I expressed and spelled some things wrong, but it's hard to write important matters in English.
A big thank you to those, not stealing my art and supporting me!

Yours
Jolly

"I started to cry and cry. Draco started to cry too all sensitive. Then he ran out crying."
- an actual fanfic.
You're not the only person I've seen this happen too. Which has gotten me to thinking about putting watermarks up on my work as well. Unfortunately, there are some people out there who really don't give a damn about all the hard work an artist has put into something.

I've seen my art stolen too, but not on a scale approaching this. He deserves to be outed, all right.
