The Dullahan is out for a good whipping.
If you look him in the eye, he will whip out your eyes with his human spine whip, or splash a bucket of blood in your face.
The Dullahan is from Irish Folklore. He is a Headless Horseman, but I decided that he was pissed of over the centuries, always having to carry his head around, that he strapped it on his shoulders. But he can take it off if he wants to. His friends call him Dull. xD

LOVE IT!!! im kinda in to drawning stuff that will scare the shit out of anyone, and by far this is amazing! u should give a tutorial on how to draw/shade stuff like that

I honestly have to say out of all the depictions I've seen of this guy, yours is the best. I don't like when artists paint him exactly like the headless horseman from Irving's novel.
